Our Policies

At The Purple Door Day Spa we pride ourselves on our relaxing and nurturing treatments, as well as tranquility and quality services. To ensure that, we have had to establish the following policies: No cell phones, pagers or children.

PLEASE ARRIVE APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST VISIT.

Cancellations

A 24-hour notice is required. Less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge of your appointment time. Credit card must be given at time of appointment.

No Shows

Not showing for an appointment may result in a charge for your appointment time.

Late Arrivals

If you are late for your appointment, your treatment will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled client. The normal fee will remain the same. Please understand that our policies are meant to allow for more efficient scheduling of services so your experience with us is enjoyable, relaxing and stress free.
